Cockatiel is acting strange? What is this?

She has been doing this act all day and we dont know why. Its worrying us.

She looks like she's adjusting her crop which is normal. Or maybe she's trying to tell you to turn the volume on the TV down.

Does she do it non stop? It’s normal, but only it it’s intermittent, like after eating, scratches or preening.

She isnt doing it non stop . But she is doing it more than usual. She is ok for 2 hours then she might do it again. But the fact that she does it more than usual is whats scaring us.

Yea hopefully it is that . And according to that thread. It might be from obesity . I cant tell if shes fat yet. But she has been eating alot. We take away her food for 1-2 hours then hand feed her.
yea lol the i had turned the tv on a few seconds earlier and was looking for the remote. We turned it down . Worst time for a video lol

Do you have a gram scale to weigh her? If not, it would be a good investment. What is her diet? And when you say you hand feed her what is it that you are feeding? How old is she?

I do not have one but will incest in one. Her diet was the wild harvest advanced nutrition cockatiel. We didnt know much about how fattening the seeds are so we are trying to transition to the roudybush mini pellets. (She doesnt like the pellets).
We leave the food cup full of pellets and later in the day will flash some seeds in our hands and she would come out. We bought her from someone on craigslist that claimed she is 3 months old.
