Antisocial budgie? concerned with behavior

hello, i have two budgies and they are the first ones i've ever taken care of, so i am a pretty new budgie owner... i have a few questions regarding their behavior, im not really sure if i should be worried or not

and i also apologize if using "antisocial" in the title is considered rude or offensive because it's a genuine disorder, i cant really find a better word.

my first budgie is female, i've had her for a couple of months so i'd guess she is around 5-6 months old. she is the one with the behavior "problems"
my other budgie i got very recently, i cant tell the gender because the cere is kind of a bluish color thats in between m/f, but he is so friendly compared to the female that it makes me think it's a boy.
his behavior seems to be pretty ok, but i worry a bit when they scream at eachother or the female acts mean.

they are in separate cages but i put them next to eachother, i probably made a mistake here because i misunderstood and didnt know quarantining meant putting them in different rooms as well. but they seemed to like eachother at the start, they dont really interact the same anymore though. i'm a little paranoid about putting them in the same cage, so im keeping them separate for now.

onto the behavior part...
the way the female acts is what im concerned about mainly, im pretty sure the other budgie is fine.

when i first got her she was very sweet, no biting, aggression, or other unwanted behavior. but after a while she had a dramatic shift in personality, it's like she is the opposite.
thankfully, she isnt a mean or aggressive bird and i've managed to tame her. but the best way i can describe her is that she seems kind of "antisocial" in a way...

a while after having her, she started having some unwanted behaviors, like biting more and just becoming generally grumpy/aggressive. i'll try list off a few of them.

this isn't a big deal, but she likes to loudly bang the food dish, also spilling the food sometimes. i dont know why because i make sure she has food, i thought that maybe she is being aggressive or is trying to be noisy.

for the antisocial behavior... that is what worries me the most. i know its normal for budgies to play but the way she plays is so aggressive, and i feel like she only really plays with her toys all day.

most of the time she climbs to the ceiling or wall of the cage and chews on her toys for a long time. and sometimes she is very crazy with her toys, like biting or shaking in an aggressive way as if she is letting out anger... while also being noisy and clanging everything on the cage bars.

she also seems to completely ignore the other bird when she is playing, even when he's chirping very frantically, i think she even gets mad at him.
this could just be normal female budgie behavior but im not sure cause im still a first time owner.

other times she will scream or flap her wings and i dont even know what she might be mad about. it's usually directed at the other bird from what i've seen, i dont know if she is trying to be mean towards him like what i described previously. it is strange to me because they seem to like each other.

so i am wondering if any of these are problems i should worry about as well as what i should do, what might be causing them. or perhaps this is just normal behavior since she is female and really i just happened to get two budgies with bizarrely contrasting personalities...

anyways, that should be all. sorry if this is unnecessarily long and difficult to read, i have adhd so i struggle with writing out my thoughts and ideas coherently.
(and yes please feel free to ask me to clarify anything, because I might have accidentally left stuff out while writing, I am forgetful.)

Please post pictures of both of your budgies’ faces in natural light. Gender matters in budgie dynamics, so that is the first step in unraveling this behaviour. :)

sorry for the late reply as ive been a little sick but i found good pictures of them both

the yellow is the (supposed) little lady

the green and yellow is the (also supposed) boy. 20240701_164952.jpg
my camera isn't very good, sorry haha.
i might need to take another picture of the boy, the one i sent is from 2-3 days ago but i swear his cere looks like its a little more vibrant compared to the photo, but that might just be because of the camera.

also.. after a little while, ive been thinking that maybe im just worrying about them too much, and they're actually fine.

but it'd be nice to hear what another person thinks, so i can be 100% sure. I hope they are compatible because I wanted to introduce them and put them together one day.

They’re both females!

The yellow looks to be a lutino. The yellow-green appears to have a dilution gene of some kind. Any back of wings pictures?

You won’t have to worry about babies, so that’s good. :yes4:

oh! im a little surprised haha, its interesting that they have really different personalities!!

she moves around alot but i managed to get a picture of her back!! the wings have a grey pattern, and the tail feathers seem darker but still diluted. the store i got them from clips their wings, but she still flies around
her cage at least and im glad about that :laugh-bounce:

when i first got the lutino budgie, i thought she was creamino because she was a much lighter yellow. after her first molt i was surprised when her feathers became much more vibrant. i love the creamino coloring but lutino is very pretty too :swoon:

im also glad i dont have to worry about them haha, ill definitely feel less stressed now :)
