Where to find hand fed English Budgies in or near South Dakota?

Have you tried local rescues? Just an idea, there is often many birds waiting for a loving home sitting in rescues.

Yep, I’ve already racked every possible animal and bird rescue around here and they’ve been wiped clean of the smaller birds due to the bird shortage which is great !! But leaves me without a bird.
