She does sound hormonal. I agree with increasing actual dark/sleep hours. She’s being disturbed and not getting the hours she needs.

Something else that I have seen work with really hormonal birds (nesty and/or obsessively regurgitating) is a complete cage and toy change. An entirely new setup. I’m not sure if you can do this, but larger cages and big changes do seem to have that effect on them.

I have an update and good news, I started putting my lovie to bed earlier in my closet where she can finally get uninterrupted 14 hours of sleep, and she’s back to normal and so much healthier.
