If this is not allready the case, i would place the cage one side against a wall. parrots are prey animals, and it can help if they feel safe not having to watch their back.
If she is content sitting close to you, then you are already very far in the proces, i would stop doing everything else and give Tiki some time enjoying that before you start a new step. You have time, she is still young ;-) Let her enjoy your company from a distance for a while. Then in a few weeks i would slowly offer her millets (or whatever she likes most) through the bars. No hands in the cage untill she actually enjoys your hands. mak her love your hands because they bring the good stuff. Not because they are inside her home and she has no other place to get away to.
I would also remove some toys. Leave only 2 or 3 max. If she isnt liking them, she’s not gonna play with them, so its useless hanging them there anyway. Let her get used to 3 mall toys first. She will explore them if she feels she is safe inside her cage.
Yesterday i rescued 2 Pionus parrots. They are in a pretty bare cage against the wall. It has food, water, a swing and a wooden toy. Thats it. They never saw toys before, its already a stressful time, no need to add even more stress with all these unknown potential dangerous monsters inside their home. Remember, parrots are prey. So you should start thinking like a prey. To them you are still this humongous monster that invades their home and wants to eat them for breakfast! The bird does not know.
I can tell both Pi’s prefer the perch close to the wall, they can watch everything in the room without having to watch their backs too.
