Leslie has excellent food suggestions.........also, go on over to the "Food Court" there are lots of great food ideas over there. There are sprouting seed tips as well as bird bread recipes and lots of vegetable/fruit ideas. I know you know the peanuts are not very good for them.

Thank you, Merlin did eat some sweet potatoes(used a fork) just now...peeled the snow peas and she showed little interest, oh well. I will try to puree some veggies. I guess the strange thing is there are foods a month ago she would go crazy for and know get no interest. We are having a better day! Thanks again for the concern! 20170516_161317.jpg

My guys go through phases too... so do I! Who wants the same foods over and over and over again? Different presentations, texture (raw/cooked), form (whole/chopped/shredded/etc) and such will offer enrichment and hopefully spark interest. And I can't stress enough how well "sharing" what you're eating works here at my house! They learn from their flock in the wild. You're her flock :) Eat some peas yourself, make a big deal about it, be dramatic... show her how yummy they are! I usually opt for sugar snaps over snow peas b/c the pea itself is fatter... as long as we're looking at the same thing - snow peas are the flatter pods with little bitty peas inside. Anyway, you get the point. Sorry if I'm telling you things you already know ;) Keep trying. We're all wishing you the best! What a pretty girl she is!!
