Keep her hydrated. She is losing a lot of fluid and electrolytes. Get Pedialyte (1/2 pedialyte and 1/2 water) down her with a syringe or spoon. She also needs nourishment. You can mix some pureed baby food with the pedialyte and try to get it down her.
You may have to force her, but she sounds very ill.
I agree with @Hankmacaw Pedialyte and baby rice cereal, (no to low iron) mixed in with the Pedialyte. Make sure it warm enough 100+° but no hotter then 105° with water as chaser. GET TO A AVIAN VETERINARIAN PRONTO asap
