So I saw this on my cockatiels foot today, is it a scab? Could it potentially be bumble foot? I'm not really sure but thought it would be safe to get some opinions. Thanks!

I am not a vet, but I searched it up and it looks like bumblefoot, you might have to bring it to the vet. Google says, " Bumblefoot is characterized by swelling, sometimes redness and often a characteristic black or brown scab on the bottom of the foot. Left untreated, serious cases of bumblefoot can be fatal as the infection can spread to other tissues and bones.

Definitely not bumblefoot. Perhaps some dirt or poop. That is on the top of his foot - is it not?

Totally agree with Hankmacaw.
If I’m not mistaken that is not even a part of your birds foot that would have contact with the perch?

Clearer pics would be helpful
