This morning my conure pooped on me and it looked fine, a little watery if anything, but fine. Later in the day, I went to clean one of her lower perches off bc they always get pooped on, and I noticed that there was black or very dark poop on it. Some of it was new some was crusty. Should I be worried? She did have chop with some blueberries on top, could that cause it? I just want to make sure it's not just something she ate before I make a vet appointment.

We'd need a pic. When my birds eat blueberries, there is a bluish tinge with the darker color. Black can be a sign of a bleed.

Blueberries do make the poop very dark. Withhold blueberries for a day or two and see what her poop looks like.

Yes, black poop can indicate and upper digestive system bleed.

Whenever you see a dark poop like that, where you can't immediately think of a reason for it being there, put it into a paper towel and thoroughly squish it. The true color usually shows up that way!
