So I have my answer... The finches are most definitely scared of them hahaha. Poor Charlie was so funny just now. I let him out and he went straight for his spot like usual (full speed). He got about a foot away and realized things were different and that there was a big scary green perch monster in his spot and so he put the emergency air breaks on and accidentally bonked his head on the ceiling. Don't worry, he's fine. They'll get used to them eventually I'm sure. This actually brings up an interesting question. Since birds have tetrachromatic vision, these perches probably appear very different from what we see.

So this is a funny problem to have hahaha! How many times do you hear someone complain that they can't get their finches OFF their hand and onto the perch... lol

Maybe start off putting the perches farther away, and over a few days slowly move them closer.

Those perches are very impressive. Emma seems to be very happy with her brand new perch.

Who wouldn't be proud? Her very own engraved Princess Perch.

I'll make your etsy avatar and shop banner WHEN you're ready, @Atomiklan

Thanks, I will keep that in mind if I get a store open. Still not officially planning on going into business. Don't have all that much time available, but maybe going forward I will make extras of whatever I am working on at the time.
