You were one of the first ones to make me feel welcome here and for some reason I felt like Paco and Walter would be friends (even though Walter pretty much didn't think he was a parrot and was not fond of anything I brought home with feathers). When Walter past I felt like you do now and there was consolation and comfort for me to continue to hear about Paco through your posts... like a little bit of Walter was still there or that I was still somehow a part of everything here even though I don't currently have a parrot. You are so Welcome.

I remember you and glad I was able to help. The first place I came to when Paco was acting off, I came here. Right now I can't think of getting a new bird, you can't go anywhere, I would worry about him, if I was out to late he would pluck severley from stress, one night I came home and his wing was dripping blood and thought he would bleed out.

I know time will heal, its just really difficult right now.

I brought him home today. They put him in a beautiful dark sapphire dark blue velvet bag with a card in a clear circle with his grey and red feathers, he is home now.

My heart still breaks but he is home now, I still talk to him sometimes and his cage is still up. I'm not ready to say good bye forever yet.

I want to thank each and everyone of you from the bottom my heart for the out pouring of love and support. You have no idea what your words of support and comfort have given me.

I left Nikki's house up for along time. I knew when it was time to move it.

Thank you, I didn't know if that was normal or if I was cracking. I took my Amazon's down right away. I couldn't bare to look at it, but for some reason his cage gives me comfort.

You need to be ready to move it. You'll know when that time comes. Everyone is different with grief. Thinking of you.
