Hello, Past 2 week ago I notice that one of my budgie's nasal discharge and breathing problem. Then, I contact to local expert and they recommend doxycycline for 7 days. After that, slightly nasal discharge go away and breathing problem reduced. After That, again expert recommend tylocine+doxycycline combination for 7 days. But, The breathing problem remain as same as it start. Another expert recommend enrofloxacin for 7 days. Today is the last day of enrofloxacin but today I notice again that slightly nasal discharge again begin and budgie's breathing problem stay same as begin and suddenly sneezing and my budgie rub its nose to cage. But its appetite, poops and activity is okay. What is the cause of the problems and what is the proper treatment and medicine for this disease??

The only appropriate treatment for your budgie is to take him to a vet. After this long of your bird being sick with little to no improvement he most likely has something other than a bacterial infection - You have used just about all of the big guns for respiratory infections - who knows if the dosage was anywhere it should have been. It could be a fungal infection, it could be aspergillosis, it could be a blockage in his throat or sinuses. Only a vet can tell you. I assume your "expert" is not a vet and did not run any tests to find out what the problem is.

I agree with @Hankmacaw . I'm not comfortable giving advice in this situation other than "see a vet." If you are having trouble finding a vet, we may be able to help with that.
