Ahhh ok, so uhm... Do you have any advice on how to make him stand still ? Because he'll most likely just keep flying away everytime I put him on the scale

put a small ramakin (or litle plate) of seed on the scale smack bang in the middle, Tare (zero), and then let your bird hop on to eat the seed.

Status update, Tori's fine now. He's back to his old self like nothing happened, might be even livelier now. He's climbing up curtains, flying around, etc etc.
