Ive been in the habit of making toys since toys don’t last 4 days in Romeo’s cage. He loves cups/bowls with lids so he can forage for the goodies inside. I saw these on Amazon:https://a.co/d/chNQ7fU
And I saw that the inside is coated with PLA. I just wanted to know if this would be generally safe for him? Thanks in advance!

I had never heard of PLA. I just googled it.
Sounds like it is made with lactic acid and is used in medically implanted items and food containers.
It is probably safe but here's the article so you can read for yourself

I’d err on the safe side. We have vendors that sell parts, too. Welcome to cabirdnerds.com -

I like stuff like the pizza boxes, cubes, and the natural cups would work great for putting on a ss skewer for a quick toy. Just fill with toy parts, a treat or two, and let him at them.
