Cutest Bird Ever!!!
keep looking, check with every vet in the area and any rescues in the area also. Come Home Robert.
I was thinking the same ...what the heckI don't understand, you knew who had him and had no recourse?
So glad he is home.
He has pictures.I don't believe that Robert had a leg band or chip - so no way to prove that he was Robert or that he belonged to Chad.
what great news , you are very fortunate he has returned .Thanks to my wife with put fresh Harrison's High Potency pellets, fruits, veggies, nuts and water every single day for 278 days. Most days I felt sad as I felt he wouldn't come back. When the other person had him and didn't wanna release him, I was devastated. Felt sorta relieved when he flew away from them.
I see where this could be a problem . Glad he's back where he belongs . In this way the others could say that Robert is their bird too ! Oh my ! I hope they don't try to claim him .I'm not sure I could differentiate most macaws of the same species just from photos. And even if Chad could, that doesn't mean law enforcement would feel confident enough to seize a bird from someone who also claimed it was theirs. The details can be very fine, like facial feather pattern. I don't think that would be conclusive in a court's eyes.
