What's A Dwarf Budgie!?

Lenny was a runt and he didn't know the meaning of the word, suffer. He thought he was as big as a Macaw.

I'm sure there are dwarf budgies, just like there are dwarf people, ect... but just as a very rare, randomly occurring mutation, not a specific type that is bred for (although some dog breeds have been developed from dogs with dwarfism).
But, the breeder probably just meant runt or smaller than average. Or maybe he just meant a normal-size budgie if he was used to breeding large English budgies.

With Karen here.... if all the person has are English/Show budgies, then the typical "pet" budgies would be "dwarf" budgies.
