Hey guys!! So recently Kiwi, my gcc, has been doing something funny. I think she’s trying to be intimidating, but I’m not sure? I can’t find any pictures or videos of a bird doing it. I told her “no” firmly a few times to stop her from biting something on my bed and after a bit, she stood up really tall with her neck feathers fluffed and the top of her head was completely flat. It looked pretty funny. She also kept eye contact with me and was walking slowly back and fourth on her perch, and I mean really slow. Like one foot, then sloooowly another foot. Was she getting irritated, or angry? She didn’t bite me or anything after. In fact, she did the same thing just this morning on her perch on top of her cage when she came out, and then I called her name a few times and then rushed down to get on my shoulder to clean me. I’m assuming this is a normal action for them to do, but what does it mean??
