I was told she looked like she had a litter of kittens because mammary glands were swollen. She was just spayed yesterday. Needs to gain weight so the plan is to feed her small frequent meals for a while.

This little girl was in another shelter before the one where I got her. Basically she has been in a shelter for most of her young life. My little apartment is changing already. Cat beds, basket of toys, window blinds up and soft comfy blankets on window sills/sofa so she can see outside. New triangular scratching post and newly designed food dishes. She has no idea what its like to live in a home but she will learn quickly. I am so excited for her, difficult to wait till Friday but I still have litterbox and more toys coming today and tomorrow morning.

True to form for Amazon the litter box was not delivered yesterday as scheduled. It better come today because little Cinderella will be here after 12 noon. In the meantime I put out one of those aluminum backing pans sized for roasting a chicken. One does with what the have on hand I guess.

She is home with me now. Following me every step i take. I need to be careful i dont step on her or fall over her. She is facinated by me bird clock that gives a bird call every hour. Good thing there are no birds in here. Eating and playing with new toys no problem. Even had visitors she cuddled with right away.

She is quite the verbal kitty, sweet little meows come from her as if she is talking to herself. It has been a long day and we both are very tired. Will work on getting more photos. @GoDucks
