So easy to make and costs just cents.
Made using upcycled parts and can be recycled when you are bored of the colours or too lazy to clean it.
Perfect for little birds, not suitable for larger birds. If you notice the plastic being chewed, dispose of the toy. Once the treats have been taken, remove the toy.
You will need;
-bottle caps, pairs of the same size, disinfected.
-plastic/acrylic beads
-sisal twine, can use hemp or leather
-lobster clip, pear clip, or c link
-drill
Takes 5-10 minutes to make one.
*I avoid putting shredables on this toy to avoid encouraging them to chew the plastic.
Instructions;
Drill holes in the bottle caps and thread them onto twine decorating with beads between each compartment. Attach to cage and insert a treat in each compartment.
