Welcome to thw Avenue,

The hen is still feeding the chick?
Have you told your vet the little one isn´t eating?
Have you been weighing the little one? Is the weight coming back up since the vomiting stopped?

As a side note-- one time I boiled up some Asparagus using the liquid to replace the water in the hand feeding formula... came home to a REAL MESS! The baby Lovebirds all recovered and I NEVER DID THAT AGAIN!

Since when were you handfeeding?
Why was the hen not caring for the chick? or was the chick just taken from her?
Was the chick eating well from you before getting sick? Or was there always a problem feeding them?
Are there other chicks? Are they sick too?
What temperature is the formula?
What temperature is the brooder?

Did the vet give you medicine for the vomiting?
What medicine? How much did you give?
When was the last medicine dose? Or is still having medicine now?

Weight this chick morning and night, if they don´t eat soon, and lose weight, they will need to be gavage fed by a professional (a vet would be a good person).

Yes it was taken

Yes he was eating well before getting sick
Now he is eating every 2 to 3 hour but very less (about 2 cc)
I took him for medication to vet.

This the first time that I'm raising a lovebird baby , I raised so many parrots before.

He is on medication for digestion.

And how much weight is good for him ?

Was there a reason?
Chicks should only be taken after three weeks (21 days) at least, of the parents caring for them. If the hen did not care for any of the chicks, then do not breed her again. If she was caring for the chicks but you took them, next time, leave them with her for three weeks so she can care for them, this will reduce chances of problems and getting sick.
Are the rest of the clutch eating ok? Did they also get sick?

Now he is eating every 2 to 3 hour but very less (about 2 cc)
Your bird should be eating 4 times a day right now. Each time he should eat 10% of his body weight. So, for example, if he weighs 30g, he should eat 3cc - if he wants more, you can give it.
Over night the crop should be allowed to empty completely, so first feed of the day is always to a chick with empty crop.
If you offer too many feeds, they will eat less quantity.
What temperature are you feeding the food? If it is too cold, they won´t want it and will only eat a small amount before pulling away. They are like goldilocks, it needs to be just right.

He is on medication for digestion.
This medicine could make him have less appetite. What is the medicine called?

Where are the chicks being kept? What temp is the brooder? What bedding do you have?
Maybe you could upload a photo of the set up?

It is very difficult to help when there is so little information. If you post some more info, we can help with more tips.

This is bad.
Formula should be 40C (105F). Cold food can lead to illnesses, slop crop and malnutrition.

The bedding should be aspen shavings (course pine will do). Do not use wool - fibers can be ingested and cause crop impaction.
