Ingrown feather or what it could be?

Hello, i have a sun conure for over a year and a half, so literally before half an hour i found something on his head it looks like ingrown feather.And because he is growing new feathers i thinks its that but also looks look like a healed wound. i will contact vet tomorrow but i want to know or at least be little more informed from someone who had the same issue with his bird!

I agree with you looks like a previous wound and feather growing back. I can't tell if there is an issue with how the feather is coming in or not.
