lovebird is shouting and I know it's full cause it's crop is full I fed it around 3 hours ago any suggestions? checkout the video of how it is shouting

If you fed the bird 3 hours ago, the crop should not be full, it should have emptied a little by now.

Crop doesn´t look full. Either feed formula or offer some adult foods - seeds, pellets, chopped veggies.
Once the crop is full they will likely want to snuggle and sleep.

okay sure I will try to give it some chopped veggies and see what happens today I am also going out to get some millet to start the weaning process

Just remember, weaning doesn´t mean the bird goes hungry. When they need fed (crop almost empty), you need to be offering formula.
