As others have suggested, the video looks to be on the aggressive end of the scale rather than playful to me as well.
I suspect our wet birds might be experiencing a heightened sense of vulnerability when they're in that state (due to a diminished ability to fly after a good soaking).
I'd let them dry on separate perches.
That’s a good point they are vulnerable since they can’t fly properly when wet. And yes that is absolutely what I do, they dry separately. Thank you for your response!
