Urgent Budgies have yellow feathers around eyes

Hello everyone. I got some new budgies a few days ago and yesterday evening I noticed two of them have yellow coloured feathers around their eyes.

I would appreciate any advice on whether or not this is harmful and if I need to go and visit a vet.
