First question: has anyone bought a bird from Toms Lovebird Farm in Perris California? He has good FB reviews but that’s all i can find on him so i wanted to see if any of you had gotten a bird from him

2nd: do y’all know any breeders that are in PA or ships birds that hand raised/hand fed? I’m in love with the blue peach face lovies! The ones that are very very blue. Like a royal blue almost. That’s the color i’m looking for.
