Can you use human tea as long as it has good ingredients? (No caffeine!) Or can you only use avian tea?

Have you tried looking for older threads on this topic? I think I remember a recent one but I’m not sure what it was called.

There are some human teas that are safe birds to drink.

Infusions (that are just dried flowers/fruits) tend to be ok, but check the ingredients on the box as some add ¨flavourings¨.

Chamomile, mint, ginger and rooibos are caffeine-free. You must be careful that it only contains e.g. mint leaves or ginger pieces. Many herbal teas include other ingredients and sometimes unspecified "flavourings" so avoid those.

I've brewed loose leaf raspberry tea for mine. Neither of them cared for it much. Rupert kept dipping his beak in, but would always shake it afterwards. Mom is drinking this, so it must be good. But it's yucky! Let me try it once more. Nope! Still yucky!
