Hi guys! I am new here! My quakers surprised me with with a couple babies and even more so when they decided they weren’t up to the task of being parents. Babies are doing great with hand feeding. Interesting thing is they both have different colored eyes. Anyone know what mutation this could be?? Mom is green and dad is blue. 345EDEAB-A810-4BC1-A012-CF04546E8EDE.jpeg

Welcome! It looks as if the baby is lutino or albino.

Since it has yellow down I’m thinking maybe Lutino. Albino would have white down correct?

Yes, probably lutino.

And very likely to be female, since I believe lutino is a sex-linked mutation for quakers. Dad must be split to ino.

I read the same thing about sex linked. Mom is green wild and dad is blue so anything is possible.
