My baby budgie is now more than 1 month old. He looks so dirty and has a lot of food formula stuck on the side of his beak. Can I give him a bath?

Before they are old enough to be bathed, you can take a piece of paper towel and wet it with warm water and use that to clean the formula off of their face. Also, it is better to do this before the formula hardens.

to add to this,
Hold the moist paper towel (kitchen roll, or you can use a cotton bud/q tip) against the dried formula for 5 seconds or so then gently, gently wipe, then press again for another 5 seconds or so, then gently, super gently wipe again. The formula dried down is very hard like cement and if you pull or pick at it, it will hurt the little bird. So you will have to do this process very slowly with lots of patience, but eventually it will come off.
Once you have the chick cleaned up, be sure to completely wipe off any formula right after the feeds before it dries down.
