A lot of the time young growing/weaning birds will have stress bars so that's probably what it is.

@Macawnutz you know quite a bit about feathers, what do you think?

Yes there are some minor stress bars there on your babies feathers, it is fairly common for babies.

Yes, those are lots of stress bars. From the pictures it looks to be getting better half way through the feather so the issues are resolving currently.
