Here are some girl names that I would've used had one or more of my budgies turned out to be female. Of course, I only had one male name picked out & they both wound up being male.

Sassafrass - The natural flavouring in root beer; I just like how the word sounds.

Alfalfa - A kind of legume grown for hay/ forage; I like actual alfalfa & how it drapes itself over other plants; the word sounds neat, & it the flower colour reminds me of the colour of violet budgies.

Tapioca - From the cassava plant; used to make a pudding I'm excellent at both cooking & eating, & it has four syllables in such a short word!!
