I only had one Ranchu…. his name was Bob…. he had a swim bladder issue and floated all the time. The other one was "Sushi" ( sick, I know). I can't remember which fish site I was a member of, maybe I'll get another Birthday greeting this year to remind me. My screen name was "Bubbles".

I lost Lovey last night. RIP sweet Lovey. I am so sorry.

Put an ad on CL explaining that I am treating my fish for parasites, and that I have these inverts and hillstream loach that cannot be treated. I said if someone had a fairly new set up, or no other fish presently,they can have them for free. Had several responses and one phone call. He will be by to get them today. So that is good.
I am also going to try and syringe feed Vann today. I found some info on how to do that.

How do you think this parasite entered your system?

Thank you. I really don't know who brought it, or if in fact I have been fighting it all along. A parasite can come from anywhere, even hitch a ride on a plant in some cases.
