Very cool! I'd have a hard time not feeding them!
Thanks!!!Nice photos!
You are so lucky to have them so close to you! I live on the lower floors of my building, so we never have them near us. They do go into the balconies on the higher floors though
Those are mangoes that got bad, over time. What are the brown things in the tree?
Are the parrots eating them? Those are mangoes that got bad, over time.![]()
Nope, they have been abandoned. Seems like they can't recognize them tooAre the parrots eating them?
I have some more stored on my camera, I'll upload them in a whileIt's amazing how you can just look out your window and see all these ring necks.I've never actually seen one in person so keep the pictures coming!
Is it like parrot tv with ten times the noise?
How are they coming though, are people releasing them? Also yes, most parrots here are found in urban cities, because they find climate suitable (I live in one tooHere in the Netherlands they are increasing in numbers. Most of the lager cities have them now. They are considered pests, as they drive native birds away and destroy vegetation. They somehow are able to survive our winters and reproduce. I can not help myself though, I like seeing them fly around freely.
I believe they come from escapees, no way did they come here naturally. How are they coming though, are people releasing them? Also yes, most parrots here are found in urban cities, because they find climate suitable (I live in one too)
