When to help a cockatiel chick come out of the egg ?

Today is the 22nd day after the last layed egg, and only 1/4 has hatched, I've candled the eggs on about day 15th and all the eggs were fertile, developing and moving. The one that hatched, hatched on day 19th and figured the rest would hatch later on, but nothing has happened, should I wait for them a few more days or remove them from the nest in case they go bad ?

Sad update:
egg#2 started breaking the egg but I suppose it wasnt strong enough and dried up.
egg#3 did develop but stopped after a while ? had quite a lot of liquid in it. Candled it first but noticed no movement so I opened for inspection.
egg#4 also stopped developing and was mostly liquid.

This was an accidental breeding as I thought I had all males... parents are okay, instincs fully kicked in and are taking care of their chick. Currently I'm adding feeding formula to their chop, also a bit of boiled egg and powder egg shell.
Hopefuly no more sad updates.
