I forgot to thaw out food yesterday, so today was Bird Street Bistro, freeze dried chop from Texas Naturals, and a bit of Unpellet from Phoenix Foraging.

The sprout mix is:
Sunflower (In Shell), Wheat, Spelt (Hulled), Triticale, Oats (Hulless), Millet, Buckwheat (In Hull), Brown Rice, Black Lentils, Crimson Lentils, French Blue Lentils, Adzuki Beans, Mung Beans, Fenugreek, Flax, Alfalfa, Red Clover, Oriental Mustard, 3 Varieties Of Radish, Quinoa, Sesame, Amaranth
Hi @Mizzely for Mung beans, do I have to cook them or can I feed them raw with a beginning sprout? Or do I have to wait until they are fully sprouted? Thank you.

Mung beans are one of the few beans that are safe to feed uncooked and minimally sprouted. Adzuki is the other :)

I've managed to get Isadora to eat half an apple slice, Tteok only wanted the core because I wouldn't let him have it (I think he's catching onto my game of tricking him), and the budgies still think I'm the devil so won't take food. Well, Tito might if I hold still long enough, but Davey is still actively anti human.
My two ate parsnip today first time ever, they have been given it before but never bothered just keep on offering it.

Mine ate some of their favorites today - carrots and baby spinach - but Sprite got a raw almond. She liked it. I might chop a couple of almonds for our Cockatiels. Maybe chop/grind them for the Budgies?

I find budgies do well with sliced/slivered almonds, if they can get at them without the skin on. Brezel likes to shred them to crumbs and not eat any at all
