A note about shipping and delivery:
FedEx and USPS have not yet loaded our new discounted commercial and Smart Post shipping rates, so the shipping costs generated by the shipping estimator on our website is a bit off off. Since this will not be fixed in time for the Sidewalk Sale, we will be charging a flat rate for shipping Wingdow® Seats purchased during the sale and shipped within Continental US. These flat rates are as follows:
Large Wingdow® Seat - $24
Medium Wingdow® Seat - $14
Wingdow® Lite - $11
For international customers in Canada and outside the US--and for customers in Alaska and Hawaii and US military locations, we will confirm shipping cost with you via email before we ship. Your card or PayPal account is never charged until we are ready to ship.
Finally, customers ordering a Wingdow® Lite during this Sidewalk Sale may experience a week or two delay as we wait for a shipment of new inventory from our plastics supplier.
Good news for our Canadian customers:
Wingdow® products are 100% made in the USA, so they are shipped to Canada duty-free. Also, as a result of USPS’s recent move to zone-based pricing on shipments to Canada, Wingdow®’s cost to ship to Canada actually went DOWN because we are located in a zone close to the Canadian border (Chicago). Not so for stores located farther south—but at least in Wingdow®’s case, that’s good news!
