I am a bit worried about Iris' tounge. I don't have a picture right now, but it seems to have lots of white circles on it. I feel I should be worried.

I think it must be yeast.

Should I go to the vet or can I do something?

A vet visit is never a bad idea when worried.

Nope, more like the pictures of AGY

What else can cause it? Iris has had corn on the cob, but never loads. Any ideas?

Yes, it didn't come off. (I noticed when he was licking something and it didn't scrape off)

Gigi was diagnosed with a yeast overgrowth at her first vet visit at 6 weeks. At that point she was eating Roudybush pellets and a little bit of fresh chop. Instead of antibiotics, we opted to see if ACV in water would help. We retested in 2 weeks I think and she was fine. I use ACV water 1 week each month.

With that said, I guess you need to see the vet and have some testing.

They are quite large and cover various areas of the tounge. No particular areas.

Delayed response but where are there pictures of AGY? AGY should not be visible on an affected bird's tongue. It doesn't cause plaques like candida.
