Strange reaction

My Pineapple was playing with my mom’s ring and had this strange reaction, which he has never had before (see video link below). His head bobbed quickly with his beak open. It happened about 3 times in a row. I was concerned, so I took him away from my mom’s hand as quickly as I could. I gave him a wet paper towel and he chewed on it and licked it (I was hoping for him to clean his mouth out). Then he got a drink of water. He has had normal behavior including playing, flying, and eating pellets in the hours since that incident. Is he ok? Do I need to be concerned?

He is regurgitating Nothing usually alarming. If he is under a year old it is likely just practice behavior; 18 months and older is definitely hormonal.
