I was playing with my cockatiel today and I noticed a white/pale bump on his right foot. I’m pretty sure it wasn’t there yesterday as I would’ve noticed if it was. He’s acting completely normal and doing his regular daily activities, although It seems to be bothering him now as he is avoiding standing on it and does not let anyone touch it. He’s around 2-3 years old, please help if possible!

Looks like a vet visit to me so it does not get worse.

The foot with the bump also looks a bit larger, possibly swollen.

Definitely have a vet take a look. In the meantime, there's not much you can do. Check the ring on that leg doesn't get too tight. If the leg swells and the ring gets tight, it (the ring) will need removed.
