Senegal Parrot Hates Our Mum

My brother has a Senegal Parrot called Kiwi and every time our mum enters the room, she wants to attack her or she'll attack our mum and when we first got her, Kiwi was determined to get to mum to bite her.

She doesn't do this with anyone else, only our mum and she is a good bird but she seems to hate our mum and we don't know what reason she does this.

Does she fly at her or just try to bite? Are there any treats that Kiwi likes more than anything?

I had a similar problem when I first brought Sam home. He HATED my mom, but my mom spent months dropping his favorite treats into his feed bowl (I stopped giving him any treats) and talking to him while I was at work. Now, he likes her quite a bit.

She can fly at the moment since her wings need some clipping but she usually just tries to bite, I'm not sure what her favourite treats are, she isn't my bird and lives in her cage in my brother's room but we might have to try that, Kiwi won't just try to bite my mum, she'll try to bite anyone if my mum is in the room, Kiwi seems to have had an obsession of abusing my mum since we brought her home, at first before she bonded with my brother, she would chase at my mum to try to bite her and if she was on the bed she would try getting down, without no progress however.
