my IRN was fine just a couple seconds ago, she maybe eat a piece of a cracker she found on the floor. But she’s been doing this choking/ sneezing/ thing like if she’s trying to get air and it’s FREAKING ME OUT I don’t know what to do

Id just offer a drink to help clear whatever it is bothering her. Freaking out wont help either of you so try to stay calm. Is she still making that sound? It does not sound like choking to me, sounds like something is irritating or went down the wrong way as we say when it happens to humans.

Either trying to clear her crop or her nares, as it sounds like she is sneezing too? Maybe a seed hull or water?
I gave her water and she’s better now but she did it for a few minutes and started freaking me out because it felt like there was nothing I could do! She’s all good now thankfully
I got her mouth open to see if anything was stuck and gave her some water she’s all better but she gave me quite a scare !
