I'm just now catching up on this thread too, I'm so sorry that happened. Glad Penny came through surgery and is doing well. I know you feel awful but you did get her to the vet right away so you contributed to her good outcome. It was an awful accident that can happen to any of us.

I am just catching this thread, and I am so sorry for all the anxiety you had to go through. I am so happy to hear that Penny made it our of surgery ok. Our prayers and thoughts are with you and Penny.
