Parrotlet breeders in TN?

I’ve been interested in getting a parrotlet for about a year now. I’m at the point where I can keep one. Any breeder suggestions?

I got my green cheek from Little Shop of Feathers in Kingsport, TN. It says on their Facebook page that they have parrotlets coming soon.

In Kingsport?!? Where were they when I lived in Kingsport! There were no birds anywhere nearby (that I knew of. )
