She's no longer with us in life, but always here in spirit. My Fiery-shouldered Conure, Lior, who died from cancer in 2013.

Julip the rosiefrons. Very proud of her since we have been doing tiny dremmel sessions this week with no seizures. Dr. O doesn’t enjoy doing her beak since that is a guaranteed seizure.

We don't see enough of them! she's a fantastic bird. Affectionate, afraid of nothing, playful, sassy, brillant flyer, good with multiple people... she does grab you with her beak a lot, gives gentle nips to communicate and can be loud like many other conures.

This is Yoshi the gold capped conure. He’s a year and a half. We plan on getting him a girlfriend someday, but in the meantime I spoil him when he lets me.

Hi , I have added to our crew , my original crimson bellied conure - Pepper ... we have added a gold capped conure- just saw him/her and was besotted... Pepper is a little less enthralled but its a work in progress, they have separate living areas and can socialise with supervision . Pepper's really keen on playing more but I'm making sure they get equal time one on one. love em' both , such lovely birds. last pic attached , was just fluffing feathers , such a baby so clumsy but tries everything - foot toys , all fruits loves nuts and fruit mix, apples pineapple, grapes.. might be my way to get pepper eating more fresh chop ... -its such a joy to be able to share their space , new baby loves cuddling and sleeping sometimes upside down by me neck , so quirky . apparently a DNA test is being done so i should find out what it is and then ill find a name , gives me time to suss out the nature.
Last year Pepper had blackening on her wings and a shredded tail, Took forever to get through first moult- got her on some vitamins in her water and tried getting her to eat fresh chop , as you can see her feathers improved and she now sports a glorious set of colours, she's always finding me , and loves intimate company with people. Love spoiling them , my husband is broke because of this but hey you have to have a hobby" I had a horse up until last April so this is a little cheeper" ....I think
