Not sleeping

i don’t know if this is normal but my sun conure Sam is not sleeping. I usually turn off the lights in my room when sunset happens, so my conures can sleep. but sam is not sleeping, she usually sleeps in her bed but she’s just standing there. Is this a sign of illness or anything? She recently had surgery in April but I’m not sure if it’s from that, it was from a prolapsed cloaca. She’s been really good though.

Can I ask how you know she’s not actually sleeping while just standing there? What do you mean she usually sleeps in her bed? What is her bed?

All my birds sleep standing on their perches so I’m just a little confused by your description and trying to get a clearer picture

Also does you bird have a regular sleep and awake time? Please post a photo of where she usually sleeps. We need more detail to help you.
