My CAG is a plucker

I adopted my CAG some months ago, he's a plucker. He had plucked his back, neck, and front. He now has fluff coming back out, but the problem is that he will pluck it. We're currently working on trying to fix his sleep schedule and diet (he is a VERY picky eater). Do products like Avian Calm and collars work? Also, I know toys are supposed to help with the stress & boredom, however, my birb doesn't really destroy his toys (I got them from birdtricks), not even if I put his favorite treats in them for him to forage. Any ideas on how to get him to be interested in them?

@EkkieLu may be able to speak to collars. I think she's made several and can tag the folks who use them.
