My parakeet came up to my hand and perched. I have been reading online that to have a budgie get used to you hand, you start with you hand outside of the cage for a few days, then slowly transfer inside getting slightly closer each time. This is my forth day with her and the first day with the hand in the cage she came up to my hand and perched. This is my first interaction with her where she has come up to me. I'm so happy and excited with my new friend.
