Indian Ringneck behavioral problem update

How's it going guys, my ringnecks is doing better with more toys and occupation. Interestingly, it seems like he does the pacing/looking up when he sees new people. I have guest over and he shows the behavior but tends to calm down after a few minutes.

You did not say how much time you let him fly out of cage. He needs to fly for health. Did you remove the seed catcher?

Please remove the seed catcher. It will be so much safer for your little guy.

The pacing behaviour can present when a bird is very excited. Perhaps your bird found your friend exciting. It is hard to comment without witnessing it first hand.

I placed it at the bottom of his cage under the cage door he's fine now.
