Identifying my conures Band

So I’m super new to this “site” but I need help...! I have a conure that i desperately want to know the age of or where he’s from to ask questions about him.. I don’t know how to identify him from his leg band though. It’s reads “EA CA 12893” and I don’t know that that means. Can someone please help me out?? He was bought down in Wichita Falls from a Petco I believe. I got him in 2020 or so.

On the list here, it has EA as;
EA Stainless steel, Silver Enchanted Aviary Lori Leddick Conyers GA

Though I would have thought the CA is California.

Edit, I wonder if you are reading the band wrong Rachel? Maybe take another look and see if that´s a GA rather than CA.

Your best bet may be to contact Petco and, if your lucky, find out who their suppliers are. It can vary from location to location sometimes.


After that, it could be contacting the leg band manufacturers and seeing if any have that information.
