Thank you Cherry, Matt & Judy! We had a great time. The weather was pretty good to me, just a little rain. But wow, do people ever drive fast on the turnpike! I was going 80, and most people were blowing my doors off. Especially one, who had to be going twice my speed!!
Susanne & I had coffee, and visited. I brought Kirby a wind-up ladybug for Father's day. Chubbs is absolutely gorgeous!! He has grey eyes. If you ever do not want him Susanne....
Little Bit's mom is the same as Chubbs, so maybe she will get the grey eyes too. Little Bit has a lot of growing to do to be the beauty I know she will be. It was very hot in Ft Lauderdale. Susanne gave me some real nice wood and some colored cigar boxes, some leechees, and a fresh fig, to take home. I wish we lived closer. Oh, and the geese were pretty good this time, not so much honking like last time..
I will get pics of Gryphon with Little Bit as soon as I can.

Yes it was so great seeing Carole again. I don't think Gryphon was that happy about it. I am the bad person that sold him and I think he thought he was being returned, and wanted nothing to do with the other mousebirds. He would run from Belle and Little bit. He did remember Kirby and was happy to see him.

And Gryphon looks like he bulked up. He looked bigger and broader thru the shoulders...very handsome.

The other Bn babies missed Little Bit, and Belle has turned into a complete suck-up wanting out, and off course Kirby has to take her out...LOL You'll have to have Troy take Little Bit to bed with him, and spoil her

And Pinks babies in the nest are growing. Carole...look at this pose of the little one. She raised up with all fluffed up with wings spread and mouth open...looking ferocious. It reminded me of what you said Gryphon does when he see the phone.

I couldn't get Chubs to sit still well enough to get a good shot of his eyes. He is almost 6 months old now. He will soon be getting in his red on the upper beak and on his facial mask.

Chubs and the 2 adult BN males are in a separate cage for a week or two. I intriduced a new adult BN female to the cage, and all three males started bouncing up and down...which is how they display that they want to mate...within seconds of her joining the group. They chased her all over because of their raging hormones...so I moved the 3 boys out until she settles in.
