He is the smallest parrotlet that Ive seen so far, but has a very severe Napoleon complex

Welcome!! Always good to see another parrotlet! Bloo is adorable. I've also thought about adding a cockatiel, but for now a one-bird household is best for me.

I've also wanted to visit Malta for awhile now! But travel has sort of been put on hold for the moment...
